When Peter Opsvik started to work on the Tripp Trapp, his aim was for children of all sizes to be able to sit in a natural way at the family table with their elbows at table height. Tripp Trapp is fully adjustable in both height and depth, and is the first chair that can actually grow with your child. Your child can sit comfortably and the family table becomes the biggest and best tray ever put in front of a childrens chair.

Children can start using Tripp Trapp with a baby set when they are able to sit up unaided usually around the ages of 6-9 months. It is important to adjust the depth of the seat so as to leave room between the seat and the childs calves.
The harness comes in Beige and is now integrated with the chair, only to be ordered for previous Tripp Trapp models (before Aug 2011)
